Responsibilities of OSIR Editors:
 

 

  • Seek suitable manuscripts for publication and submit at least one manuscript per year.
  • Assure that submitted manuscript has been approved by a Ministry of Health representative in country before submitting a manuscript.
  • Coach at least 2 manuscripts per year by assisting novice writers.
  • Review at least 4 manuscripts per year as per "Guideline for OSIR publication" and return comments in the timeframes set up by OSIR Editorial Board.
  • Review the translated version of OSIR manuscripts in local language.
  • Promote OSIR and subscription of OSIR Journal.
  • Work closely with the Associate Editor to oversee the production of OSIR Journal.
  • Maintain professional standards of OSIR publications.
  • Attend the OSIR Editorial Board Meetings.
